Harvy provide an ABCe compliant Web Audit service for customers that
need to understand if their web reporting is delivering the right results
and the maximum return on investment.
The Audit
highlights areas of discrepancies as well as areas of potential interest,
delivering a set of reports that will assist a Marketer and eCommerce
executive with the ongoing development of the site/portal and the associated
management reporting that it should generate. It also confirms measurements
of critical metrics such as page impressions, unique users, sessions,
referrers and navigation.
The Audit
delivers most value when a set of specific objectives are provided by
the customer in a briefing session, which focuses the validation work
on the areas of most interest and value. A review of the audit is best
completed face to face in order to run through any complex issues in
detail in order to ensure that they are dealt with accordingly.
Each Audit
requires the original site/portal web logs for a period of 1 week to
one month. Other data sources, such as customer records and transaction
can be added to the audit process for integration analysis. The data
can be FTP'd or delivered by DAT/CD/DVD. Approximate turn around for
the Audit is 7-10 days, subject to data size and brief. |
